Rental Agreement and Waiver

Effective date: 1 January 2025

1. Provider Identification

This Agreement is between you ("Renter") and tweloria.com, PE, EDRPOU 26377876, 7-A Baseina Street, Business Center Gulliver, Kyiv, 01024, Ukraine. Per Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015, full provider details are on our Legal Notice page.

2. Rental Conditions

  • Minimum age: 18 (or 16+ with parent/guardian consent and supervision).
  • Valid government ID and proof of address may be required.
  • Helmet use is mandatory at all times.
  • Renter must comply with all traffic laws of Ukraine.

3. Equipment Care and Use

Inspect equipment before use. Report defects immediately. Do not modify, sublet, or use for stunts. Return in same condition, normal wear excepted.

4. Deposit and Damage Fees

A refundable security deposit is required, disclosed at checkout. Damages beyond normal wear are charged at repair or replacement cost, deducted from deposit or billed separately.

5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Renter acknowledges inherent risks of e-bike/scooter use, including injury, and assumes all risk. Renter agrees to indemnify tweloria.com from claims arising from misuse or violation of this Agreement.

6. Compliance with Laws and Complaints

Renter must follow age, helmet, and traffic laws. Consumer rights are protected by Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023. Advertising is truthful per Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 3 July 1996. We do not provide guided tours; pure rental generally does not require a tourism license under Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995.
