Every rental opens with a twenty-minute orientation covering battery range information for your route and your weight. Bands are measured on Kyiv asphalt at 20 to 25 °C, one rider, one day bag.

Both pack sizes rent at the same published daily rates. Bands assume dry asphalt; rain and headwind trim roughly ten percent, and a battery swap mid-route is 250 UAH.

02/ Equipment

Orientation is included with every rental

The twenty-minute handover happens with every booking at the hub and is never charged for. You leave knowing the fit, the controls, the range limit and the route you planned.

    Fit and sizing

    Saddle height, reach and frame size are set to your leg length in the first five minutes, with a short ride around the block to confirm.

  2. 02

    Controls and assist levels

    Brakes, gears, display and the three assist levels are walked through on flat ground so the battery gauge reads what you expect.

  3. 03

    Lock, charger and repair kit

    We show where each item sits on the frame and how to secure the bike at a street rack or a hub stand.

  4. 04

    Route briefing and battery check

    Planned distance, surface and terrain are confirmed against the estimated range before you leave. Riders must be 18 or over with photo identification. Full handover detail is written out step by step.

Terms, deposit and delivery fees, published up front

Four rental terms cover most visits to Kyiv. Each one includes the twenty minute orientation, a helmet, a lock and a charger. The refundable deposit and the zone fees sit below the price table, so nothing reaches the counter that you have not already read.

Refundable deposit

Returned in full at handover when the e-bike comes back undamaged and with its battery.

A technician meets you with a charged pack if a battery runs flat mid-route.

Prices are in hryvnia. A standard charger fills a 500 Wh pack in roughly four hours, and the range matrix on this page sets out what each battery delivers at your assist level, terrain and rider weight.

05 / SAFETY

Safety and legal rules

These are rules, not preferences. Each one is walked through with you during the free twenty-minute orientation, on the bike you are about to ride.

R-01

Age and identification

Riders must be at least 18 years old and present valid photo identification at handover. The document is recorded with the signed rental agreement and returned when the bike comes back.

R-02

Helmets

A helmet in your size is included free with every rental and is recommended on all routes. Local law may require one, and we ask for it on every road section and on any descent.

R-03

Surfaces in bounds

Paved roads, marked cycle lanes and compacted gravel paths listed in the route library are in range. Unpaved forest tracks, stairways, wet cobbles and rails taken at a shallow angle are out of bounds.

R-04

Speed and traffic

Stay below 25 km/h on shared paths, walk the bike through pedestrian zones and crossings, and keep right on riverside lanes. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs ends the rental immediately.
