1. General
These Terms govern use of tweloria.com (the "Site") operated by PE tweloria.com ("we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. Under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023, we provide clear pre-contract information and fair terms.
2. Website Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully. We comply with Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015, displaying: PE tweloria.com, EDRPOU 26377876, address: 7-A Baseina Street, Business Center Gulliver, Kyiv, 01024, Ukraine; contact: contact@tweloria.com, +380 962 618 5202.
3. Booking and Rental Eligibility
Rental of e-bikes or scooters generally does not require a tourism license. Guided tours or tour operator services may require a license under Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
4. Payment Terms
Prices are in UAH unless stated. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud. Refunds follow our Refund/Cancellation Policy.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX.
6. Personal Data
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010. See our Privacy Policy. Advertising is truthful and identified as such per Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 3 July 1996.
7. Complaints and Disputes
Contact us at contact@tweloria.com or +380 962 618 5202. We respond within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be brought before Ukrainian courts under Ukrainian law.
