Every range figure is an estimate: a 500 Wh battery, a 65 kg rider, mid assist, flat riverside asphalt. Rider weight, terrain and assist level change it.
All costs appear before confirmation: a refundable 3,000 UAH deposit, a 350 UAH central-zone delivery fee each way, and a 250 UAH battery-swap call-out.
Riders must be at least 18 and show photo identification. Helmets are provided and recommended, and may be required by law.

Motor assistance stops at 25 km/h, as required by Ukrainian law.

A twenty-minute equipment orientation is included with every rental and is never charged for.
