03/ ORIENTATION
The handover is part of every rental and it is never charged for. A mechanic works through seven checks on your own bike, not a demo unit, so the settings you leave with are the settings you ride.
Squeeze both levers, feel the pad contact, and spin each wheel to confirm true rims.
Set the saddle so your knee stays slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
Eco, Tour and Sport, each mapped to a kilometre estimate so you choose before you leave the hub.
We show you the watt-hour figure and the remaining percentage, and how fast it drops under load.
Practise the folding lock on a rack, then route the cable through both wheels and the frame.
Test front and rear lights, pick a helmet size, and set the bell and display brightness.
Ride a supervised courtyard loop before you join traffic, with the mechanic watching your line.
03 / REQUEST
Tell us where you ride and how far you plan to go. We confirm the machine, the pickup or delivery point and the exact cost before anything is charged.
Riders must be 18 or over and show photo identification. Helmet sizes are confirmed at handover.
03/ AFTER YOU SEND
Your request reaches the Kyiv hub team, not an auto-reply. We confirm availability, hold the bike for your dates, and send the pickup address together with the battery pack we plan to fit.
Requests sent between 09:00 and 20:00 Kyiv time usually get an answer the same day; later ones are handled the next morning. You receive the confirmed model, the daily rate and the handover slot in writing.
Bring a passport or national ID card. Every rider must be 18 or older, and the name on the document has to match the person collecting the bike. We keep the copy only to attach it to the rental agreement.
The deposit is held by card pre-authorisation or in cash at the handover. It is released in full within three working days once the bike, battery and charger return undamaged. Delivery inside the central zone is 350 UAH each way, and a battery swap on the road is 250 UAH.
Before you ride we set saddle and handlebar height, walk through the assist levels, show real battery range for your weight and the route you picked, and fit a helmet in your size.
